Ingredients:
1 bulb of garlic
1 red onion
1/2 cup horseradish root
1 cup Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs)
Optional:
Ginger Root
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
What To Do:
Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until blended. It should be the consistency of apple sauce.
Take:
1tsp-1tbls 3 times per day during illness and 1 time per day for prevention. You can eat it straight with spoon, add it to a salad dressing or spread on a cracker. It lasts for a month in the fridge.

You can use prepared horseradish if you need to.
Does the horseradish root HAVE to be fresh? I would be shocked if I could find it down here in the VI! Maybe just straight (not sauce or other added ingredients)?
